Proforma Safety International was awarded a contract to develop and implement safety management systems for The Spitzer Companies. Senior leadership, lead the effort to create a safe culture throughout all divisions, establishing safety as the top priority. While providing consulting services a safety management system was developed along with a strategic roll out plan. In conjunction with the roll out a training program was further developed to establish core competencies for the varying disciplines. As part of this growing effort safety leadership training was developed as a requirement for all levels of management including supervision. Investigative along with the effects HSE performance can have on business were among the development course provided to leadership. These were a few of many programs that were implemented during the yearlong effort. After development the HSE team developed an auditing strategy for the purpose of continually testing effectiveness of these programs along with identifying further risk.
