Robert “Mike” Arnold is president of Proforma since its founding in 1985 and has 30 years’ experience as a safety professional in both corporate and private industry. Robert “Scott” Arnold serves as vice president of operations and has 15 years’ experience as a safety professional. The Proforma S.W.A.T. Team has considerable experience in health, safety and environment for production, drilling, pipeline, fabrication and construction operations throughout the world. Team members routinely serve as site safety consultants and on-site HSE coordinators for clients' offshore and onshore HSE programs to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
